Interprofessional Supervision

Professional supervision provides a structured, confidential and supportive space to reflect on your work, enhance your skills and maintain ethical work practice. If you’re in a helping profession – Counselor, social worker, Dr, nurse, pastor or any field where you’re giving out to others, supervision offers reflection, insight, accountability and opportunities for growth. Regular supervision helps prevent burnout, improve decision making and helps you work to the best of your ability.

Supervision should be not only be valuable but enjoyable too, offering a time to pause, reflect, feel supported and reconnect with why you do what you do.

I offer an initial free 45 minute session to see if we are a good fit for working together. We can then schedule monthly 1 hour sessions. We will create a collaborative agreement that is reviewed every 12 months. Sessions can be face to face, online or by phone call.

Supervision is about you and your practice, so it's best to come prepared with what you want to talk about. Typical topics are workplace relationships, time management, goal setting, work/life balance, burnout and stress.
